Ingredients
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup brownie mix
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Warmed milk, for serving

Directions
- Combine heavy cream, corn syrup, brown sugar, brownie mix, vanilla and half of chocolate chips in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until melted, stirring often. Remove from heat and add the remaining chocolate chip. Stir until smooth.
- To make hot chocolate, stir into warmed milk.
